Litigation regarding electronic transaction disputes between EIOB and the users is based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and if there is no address,the district court having jurisdiction over the place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing,or if the user is a foreign resident, the complaint shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.The Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between EIOB and the users.

EIOB may perform any of its obligations or exercise any of its rights under this Terms through one or more of EIOB’s corporate affiliates (including any entity that directly or indirectly controls,is controlled by or is under common control with EIOB). If EIOB or its assets are acquired by another entity, that entity will assume our rights and obligations as described in this Terms.You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between EIOB and you with respect to the subject matter contained in the Terms and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements,proposals, and communications, written and/or oral. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you purchase and/or use the products or services of a third partythat are provided on or through the Site. Any such modification, invalidity or unenforceability shall be strictly limited both to such provision and to such jurisdiction.
